Hi my name is Hetal and I love all things food and run a blog called Milk and Cardamom. I wrote 2 cookbooks and have been featured in Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, The New York Times and more!
I’m hoping to bring back a sense of community through these newsletters that social media has lost for me.
I plan on sharing exclusive recipes for easy dinners and desserts. I know that getting dinner on the table can be hard enough as it is, so I want to share some of my favorite easy, tasty vegetarian meals you can make for your families!
Also, now that IG has gotten rid of guides, I want to share my guides to the best products, restaurants, and travel recommendations here with you! No need to scroll through my reels to find them- they’ll be saved in your inbox!
I want to end each newsletter with a quick cooking tip from me and some of my favorite chefs and content creators.
Along with food and travel content, I’ll include highlights and updates from the fam because, let’s be real, most of you guys are here for Elara or Rhut and just stick around for the food.
And who knows, maybe I’ll throw in some internet or reality TV drama I’ve been thinking about- I’m a very multi-faceted person, you know.
